Cancellation Policy

** If you need to cancel an upcoming workshop, please notify us ASAP via email (fusejewelrycollective@gmail.com) or phone (458) 210 -2896**

Beginner workshops and single session or private lessons:

We do not offer refunds on any of our workshops. If you need to cancel, we offer vouchers for future workshops with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and “no-shows” cannot be refunded or exchanged for future workshops.

Series Classes and Weekend Intensives:

If you are unable to attend your entire series class or intensive and alert us at least 10 days prior to the first class session of the series, you have two options:

• OPTION 1: We can issue a 50% refund of your tuition.

• OPTION 2: We can reschedule you to a future class one time. We offer this option only once. Additional changes or cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellations with less than 10 days notice and “no-shows” cannot be refunded or exchanged for future workshops.

If you need to miss one day of your series class, email us or alert your instructor with as much advance notice as possible and, in most cases, we can offer a voucher for open studio session (subject to availability and student’s experience level.)
